Credit and Exchanges:
Articles in original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of date shipped, when accompanied by original receipt provided merchandise has not been worn, sized, altered, or special ordered.
Special Orders:
Special orders are not returnable. A special order constitutes any merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer’s request.
Repairs:
We will repair jewelry for up to 60 days of purchase date, free of charge. After this, a charge of $15.00 will apply to each repair.
We can not reimburse for shipping.
