Shipping policy

After you place an order, we will start processing up to 3 business days, but we aim to complete processing & packaging on the order date or next day. For orders under $100, we offer a flat-rate shipping option of $15 within the United States. Once your order total exceeds $100, it will be shipped standard, free of charge unless you opt for expedited shipping. During checkout, the expedited shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed by our system.

Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your shipment, it is important to note that external factors such as weather conditions and shipping company-related delays may affect the delivery schedule. It is important to bear in mind that such delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Currently, we do not provide options for pickup, local delivery, or international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please message us at shopper@beinthepink.com with your name and order number so we can investigate. During regular business hours, we are also available on our online chat or by phone or text at 720-456-0234.

When your package arrives, please open it immediately & check its contents. If your order is received in a damaged condition or if there is any issue with the order, please get in touch with us immediately at shopper@beinthepink.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle each case individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
